1-Use a ruler and make a thin line at the top of the paper.This will be the first row of bricks.

2-Continue to fill paper with equally spaced lines.

3-Draw a rectangle in the upper left corner of row 1. Do the same for all of the odd numbered rows (1,3,5,7,9,11, etc.).

4-Continue to draw evenly spaced rectangles until each odd numbered row is filled.

5-Next, draw the same sized rectangle on row 2, placing it below the center of the 1st brick as shown.

6-Continue to draw rectangles using the same placement on all of the even numbered rows (2,4,6,8,10,12, etc.).

7-Follow step one above,leave a small space then draw another line.Continue to fill the paper this way.

8-Fill with rectangles as seen in the steps above.Add a small space between each one as shown below.

9-Erase connecting lines between each brick.Shade bricks dark and the area between bricks light (or color).
