The part of the tree that proudly displays leaves and flowers, the branch has a lot of personality:
-It isn’t completely straight.
-The smaller branches do not always go in the same direction.
-Some of the tributary branches end bluntly and some end in points.

1-Start with the bottom line of the branch.
2-From there, add the top line until you get to the next branch.
3-Draw the first tributary.
4-From that tributary, go up and from the other one before coming back down to the branch.
5-Continue the branch.
6-We’re curving up here. Draw a little more of the bottom line first.
7-Start to draw the next tributary.
8-Now, skip ahead and draw and crooked “V” shape in the branch.
9-Finish the tributary.
10-Continue the branch.

11-Make this tributary the way to you did last one, by following the bottom line and then making the “V” shape.
12-Finish the tributary.
13-continue the branch.

I’ve made the end of the branch bigger so you can see the detail in it.
14-Slowly and one tributary at a time, finish out the branch.
15-When you’re done, go back to the beginning and color in the branch using a darker brown for the shaded areas.
