1-Start with a circle head, a smaller circle for the belly, bent stick legs and small circle feet as shown.
2-Add a curved beard underneath the head, a sleeve on the left, curve for arm on the right and an outline for pants.Add triangle here.
3-Erase dash line areas. Add a curved line on belly and shape on sleeve as shown.
4-Draw lean ovals for eyes, another line for the belt and “thicken” the stick legs drawn in step 1 as shown. Add jacket detail.
5-Add curves to top and bottoms of eye ovals. Draw a tiny nose, ear and a smirking mouth. Connect the feet circles to legs. Erase dash lines.
6-Draw curvy eyebrows and tuft of hair above ear. Add bowtie and hand. Erase dash lines on shoes, brow and hair.
7-Draw an angled oval on the head for hat brim as shown. Add shoe buckles, ovals in eyes and stripes on socks.
8-Add top of hat and remove front of brim as shown. Add dark oval in and cane.
9-Draw more details like a hat clover, texture on hair, eye shine, coat detail, etc.
