1-Start with a small oval on top of a vertical line. Add two horizontal lines as shown.

2-Add leg lines as shown. The left leg will be bent so it will be partially hidden.Dent inward for bend in knee.

3-Draw arms in a “U” shape as shown. Add a short vertical line for the foot.

4-Draw circles for knees, shoulders and hands.

5-Add long ovals for upper arms and thighs.

6-Add more ovals for forearms, right calf and left foot.

7-Add lines from shoulders to hips for the trunk. Add lines for shorts near hip area and a small circle for a foot.

8-Connect arms, neck and foot as shown. Add small bumps at hand for knuckles.

9-Fill in to create a silhouette.Finish with a ribbon and runner number.
