1-Start with two points
2-Connect the points with rounded lines to make a thin oval
3-Add 2 vertical lines directed straight down from both points
4-Connect the base with a curved line and add two more points at sides.
5-Repeat steps 2 and 3 with your new points.
6-Repeat again for the third tier
