When drawing the facial features, I always start with the eyes. This style is semi-realistic.
1-Draw the outline that you learned from drawing the head in the front view. It should have a center line. Usually, the distance between the eyes is roughly the length of one eye.
2-It is important to draw the outline of the eyes first before you add details. This way, your drawing will have a good foundation.
3-Proceed to add the iris and pupil of each eye. For this example, the girl is looking directly at us so the iris will look like a half-circle.
4-Draw the eyelids and the eyebrows.
5-Erase the guidelines and make some adjustments such as adding the eyelashes or the highlight and making your lines clean. And you’re done!
