Start with a square. Add two curves at upper corners as shown.Only go about 1/4 of the way down from the top.

Find a piece of 8.5 x 11 card stock or thick paper and fold it in half horizontally.

Start with three oval segments for body and add an isosceles triangle shape as shown.Draw this lightly as it will eventually be erased.
