Let’s now learn about the different emotions that the mouth can show. Each emotion is drawn differently.
Happy:
Here are some examples of uplifted reactions. Sometimes the teeth and tongue are drawn to show a character with a happy expression.

Sad/Upset:
To express someone being sad or upset, make sure to emphasize the downward curve.

Talking:
There are many ways to draw someone talking. You can choose your preference from these examples:

Shouting:
When you draw someone shouting, make the mouth as big as you can. Keep in mind that the head sometimes expands because the jaw opens wider.

Mischievous:
For a mischievous expression, the edges of the mouth are curved up and/or the tongue is out to show teasing.
